Return & Refund Policy

You may return your order by notifying us within 14 calendar days after receiving it. Email info@mountainshreds.com with a clear statement that you wish to return your purchase. Please include your order number and the items concerned. Our team will provide return instructions; your right to withdraw does not depend on our approval Returns are sent to our warehouse in China. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. 

Please return items in the same, undamaged condition in which you received them, apart from handling necessary to inspect or try them on. Where permitted by law, we may deduct a reasonable amount for any loss of value caused by further use, washing or damage.

Exchanges for another design are available on request. Mention your preferred design when contacting customer service, and we will guide you through the available options.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact info@mountainshreds.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue where possible. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy under your consumer rights. MountainShred covers any necessary return costs in these cases. Your rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period.

For a return under the 14-day cancellation right, we will issue your refund within 14 calendar days after your cancellation notice. We may withhold it until we receive the returned goods. Refunds are always made to the original payment method. Refunds for individual items, including items returned from a bundle, are based on the amount actually paid for those items, subject to any lawful deduction for diminished value. Any standard delivery charge paid to us is also refunded when the full order is cancelled.
